Are your cleaners insured and police-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is trained, background-checked, and our work is covered by public liability insurance — so you're protected on every job.
Do you bring your own equipment and cleaning products?
Yes. We arrive with all the equipment and supplies needed, including eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe around staff, children and pets. If you'd prefer we use your own products, just let us know.
How does pricing work?
We give you a fixed, written quote after a free on-site (or video) walkthrough — no call-out fees and no hidden charges. You approve the price before any work starts.
Do you offer one-off cleans, or only regular contracts?
Both. We handle one-off jobs like end-of-lease and post-build cleans, as well as ongoing weekly, fortnightly or monthly schedules — whatever suits your space.
Which areas do you service?
We cover Greater Sydney, including the CBD, Parramatta, Blacktown, Chatswood, Ryde, Liverpool, Bankstown, the Hills District, the Inner West and the North Shore. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.
What are your hours, and do you work weekends?
Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 10am–4pm, and we're closed on Sundays. Saturday bookings are welcome, and we'll always try to schedule cleaning around what works best for you.
Do I need to be there while you clean?
Not necessarily. Many clients arrange secure access or a key handover so cleaning happens while they're out. For commercial sites we'll agree on access and security details up front.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the areas in question at no extra cost. Our satisfaction guarantee covers every visit.
